Just crumple some (tissue) paper or an old plastic bag and place it on the plate to pick up some of the paint to create the marble texture. I prefer to use baking paper. Baking paper is a bit greasy and picks up a bit less paint than other papers which makes the texture “softer” with less completely white areas. I like that, but of course that is personal. Anyway, whatever you use to create the texture, marbling on the gel plate is always fun! For an extra luxury feel I used gold paint as a pick up layer. I love the subtle shine! 🌟 1.
